The contemporary supernatural thriller with a Native American cast, including Tonantzin Carmelo and Michael Spears of TNT's Into the West series, has been on the festival circuit and has won several awards, most notably Best Picture, Best Actress, and Best Supporting Actress at the 2007 American Indian Film Festival in San Francisco. The National Museum of the American Indian has sponsored showings of the movie, most recently in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. It has been well received in Native communities throughout North America.
